You need to be a registered user on this site, in order to create a blog. The first thing is to register.
When you have confirmed, that you are a real person with a working email address (by clicking on the link in the confirmation email that the system will sent out to you), log into the site.
When you have logged in, click on Blogs>>Profiles, and will be able to see your own profile. Personalise it, by adding a profile image (avatar) and a description about yourself. Click on get blogging, and you can write your first blog entry.
